The Committee members scrutinized the Bill on Amendments to Clause 21 of the Law "On Advertising" (re Warning about the Danger of Self-Treatment to be included into the Advertisements of Medicine). The Bill aims at the protection of public health, restricting the use of manipulative constituents of medicine advertisements and forming persuasion in the danger of self-treatment in public opinion.
The Committee members stated that the Bill complied with the European legislation.
The People´s Deputies also discussed the Bill on Amendments and Supplements to Clause 212 of the Family Code of Ukraine (re Moratorium on Adoption of Ukrainian Children by Foreigners). The Bill enhances the requirements for the procedure of adopting Ukrainian children by the foreigners.
The Committee members stated that the Bill complied with the European legislation.
